Customer Care
If something you buy from us turns out to be faulty or not as described, EU law gives you rights that last for at least two years from delivery. These rights are free and apply automatically - you don't need to register anything or buy extra cover.
What this covers
The legal guarantee applies when an item isn't what it should be - for example if it arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or doesn't match how we described it.
If that happens, get in touch and we'll put it right. Depending on the situation that usually means a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
This is separate from our returns policy
Changed your mind, or the fit isn't right? That's covered by our normal returns policy, which is separate from your legal guarantee rights and often more generous. See Shipping & Returns for how to send something back.
Your legal guarantee rights sit underneath everything else - they're the minimum the law gives you, and nothing in our own policies reduces them.
Getting in touch
Email order@brahmaki.com with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged, and we'll take it from there.
